Resident Camp
Boys learn independence and self confidence at Resident Camp. Designed to give Webelos a good taste of Scout camping, it sets character building activities in an environment that provides exciting adventures for growing boys. Designed for Cub Scouts of all ages, the sessions includes all the great Quail Hill Scout Reservation programs such as swimming, boating, canoeing, archery, Scout craft, Crafts, Nature, sports, and more. More importantly, he will be exposed to teamwork, shared leadership, personal successes, and other character building experiences.
The fee is $250.00 for a full week and $150.00 for half week sessions. The fee includes all meals, program costs, and camp T-shirt. receive a $15 early bird discount if PAID IN FULL by May 2, 2008. Note, boys must have an examination from a physician within the past 12 months in order to attend camp. Medical forms must be received at the Council Service Center at least two weeks prior to arrival at camp.
Multi-Week Discount Available - You will receive a $10.00 discount for each additional day camp session you attend. Your first session does not qualify for a multi-week discount.
Full week Resident Camp will conclude with a family barbecue and campfire. Barbecue reservations must be made with the application. Adults are $7.00.
Volunteers are needed for Resident Camp. Packs are encouraged to organize their Webelos Den as a group and attend camp with their own leader. A $5.00 per Scout discount is available if your Pack/Den registers together as a group of 6 or more, with a leader registered with the Camp Director. |
